NOW Jewelry is available to shop online during all hours of the day! Regular business hours for shipment and customer service are: Monday - Friday: 9AM - 5PM PST. We are closed for all major US federal holidays.

Shipping/Returns

All domestic US orders are shipped and tracked with USPS First Class. Delivery in 5-7 business days. We also offer priority shipping, which is 3-5 business days.

Yes, all international orders are shipped and tracked with DHL. Delivery in 5-11 business days.

All orders come with a shipping update in an email that contains your tracking #. Please contact us if you did not receive it.

We always offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Please contact us to start the process!

Yes, absolutely! Our pieces are designed and meant for everyday wear.

With proper care, NOW Jewelry can last a really long time! We compiled a list of things to keep in mind here.

Gold plated, silver, and rose gold plated pieces have a brass base. Our selection also includes 925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, and stainless steel.

Our sizes currently run true from US 5-10. If you are in between sizes, we suggest going to the nearest one up.

Orders

We pride ourselves on very extensive customer support coverage. Within 60 days, we cover you with reshipments, refunds, exchanges, or store credit. This covers anything you can possibly imagine from lost packages, return to sender, wrong items, etc.
